Shipping Information

  • Order Processing Time: In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday – Friday.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, Estes Freight & Globaltranz Freight
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Solar Sun Rings or Solar Spa Rings
    • Used or installed products

Refunds

  • We will refund your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your approved return.
  • All returns are subject to at 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  • Start the process by looking up your order on our below using our order tracker below; from here you can start your return.
  • Customers must arrange their own return shipping and provide us with a tracking number once shipped.
  • If you received a color or style you’re not happy with, you’re welcome to exchange it. Once your new order is placed, we’ll waive or refund the restocking fee on your original return. Please chat or email us if you have any questions.
 

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

 

 

Special Product Notes

Pool Fence Purchases

  • All return policies above apply to pool fence sections, gates, and accessories.
  • Damage or defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • We do not provide phone support for fence installations. Installation instructions are available in our Support Knowledge Base, or we recommend working with a professional installer.

Solar Sun Rings / Spa Rings

  • These products are not returnable, even if unused.
  • If you live in a high-wind area, solar rings may blow off your pool.

Replacement Parts

  • Many All-Safe replacement parts may be compatible with products from other manufacturers, but we do not guarantee fit or function outside of original All-Safe systems.
  • If you’re unsure whether a part will work for your setup, feel free to email us at [email protected] — photos are always helpful so we can assist you more accurately.
  • Please note that color and dimension variations may occur between product images and the actual item.

All-Safe® Pool Fence & Covers is not the manufacturer of any alarms sold on our website. We do not provide installation assistance, product support, or handle warranty claims.

Color Variations

Colors on your screen or brochure may not match the actual color of your product.

Due to the many variations in monitors, phones, and browsers, color samples and product examples may appear different on different screens. Computers and mobile devices are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. The same is true for printed items such as brochures and other sales literature. 

In addition, the colors of our products photograph differently under different lighting conditions. For example, photos taken in full sunlight will vary from photos taken on a cloudy or overcast day. Similarly, shadows from nearby objects can affect the color and transparency of our products. If a precise color or specific shade is important, please inspect the actual color of your product prior to installation.

Colors will vary from batch to batch.

Many of our products’ materials are not available through typical stores and vendors and therefore must be custom manufactured specifically for our use. In order to control costs and provide you with the best value possible, our raw materials are produced in large batches and can often take several months to receive. The colors of our materials can, and often do, vary slightly from batch to batch. Although we make every effort to minimize color variations, we cannot be responsible for these differences when they occur. If a precise color or specific shade is important, please inspect the actual color of your product prior to installation.

Color names are subjective and may not be what you think the color should be.

For example, we use the name “putty” to describe some of our products. Your idea of the color “putty” may be different than someone else’s idea of “putty”. In addition, products may have the same color name but may not be the exact same color. For example, we have different shades of “black”. Please do not order using color names as your only guide. If a precise color or specific shade is important, please inspect the actual color of your product prior to installation.

Most independent installers do not offer refunds or accept returns due to color variations.
