Shipping & Processing Information

Order Processing: In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Excluding holidays.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via UPS, USPS, and select freight carriers depending on order size and destination.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, length, and delivery location. Many of our products are large or heavy, and shipping rates reflect carrier pricing for oversized items.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Shipping Protection with Route

To help protect your purchase, Route Shipping Protection is automatically included on all orders at checkout. Route provides coverage for eligible packages that are lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received.

You may remove Route Shipping Protection during checkout. However, by opting out, you acknowledge that your order may not be eligible for reimbursement, replacement, or claim assistance from All-Safe Pool Fence & Covers for shipping-related issues, including loss, theft, damage, or delivery disputes.

We strongly recommend keeping Route Shipping Protection on your order for added peace of mind and expedited claim resolution.

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection and experience a shipping issue, claims can be filed directly through Route for quick resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once a tracking number has been assigned.
