To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping & Processing Information

Order Processing: In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Excluding holidays.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via UPS, USPS, and select freight carriers depending on order size and destination.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, length, and delivery location. Many of our products are large or heavy, and shipping rates reflect carrier pricing for oversized items.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once a tracking number has been assigned.

Delivery Issues?

If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. Delivery investigations must be initiated with the carrier, as they have access to GPS confirmation, delivery notes, and photo verification when available.

Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. All-Safe Pool Fence & Covers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.

Before filing a claim, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and nearby entry points where the package may have been placed.

If you chose Will-Call Pick-Up, we’ll email you once your order is ready.
