If you are considering entering the pool safety industry, or if you are already a pool fence dealer working with another manufacturer, you have probably seen franchise style programs and dealer contracts that limit your freedom. These agreements often restrict your ability to choose suppliers, change products, or grow your business in the way that makes the most sense for you.
All-Safe believes that your business should always remain your business. For that reason, we do not require franchise fees, long term contracts, or restrictive dealer agreements of any kind. Your independence is one of your greatest assets, and our role is to support that independence, not to take it away.
We don’t criticize competitors. Instead, we highlight common dealer agreement limitations that installers often discover only after signing. Many franchise and dealer programs include restrictions that can quietly limit long-term flexibility and growth.
Some programs promise exclusivity but still sell similar or identical products under different names within the same area. This leaves the dealer without real protection.
Some programs require you to use the supplier’s brand, which means you spend years building value for a name that you do not own.
Many dealers feel locked in even when they find a better product, better pricing, or a more reliable supplier. A contract can prevent you from making the switch.
Most agreements in this industry are difficult to enforce. Manufacturers rarely pursue legal action because it is costly and difficult to prove damages. Even so, the fear of violating a contract keeps many dealers from exploring better options.
Many established dealers come to All-Safe after working with other manufacturers. In most cases, switching is far more straightforward than expected, and dealers are able to move forward without disruption to their business.
You work with All-Safe because it makes sense for your business — not because a contract forces you to.
Resellers stay with All-Safe because the partnership supports real-world installations, operational efficiency and long-term growth
—without restrictions or contracts.
All-Safe provides extensive installation videos and written resources that help both new and experienced installers handle real-world conditions with confidence. Training materials are designed to be practical, visual, and easy to reference in the field or at the shop.
Resellers have access to a knowledgeable technical support team with decades of combined experience in pool safety and construction. When questions arise, support comes from people who understand installation challenges—not call scripts.
All-Safe designs and manufactures specialized components—including patented parts—that allow resellers to complete installations other systems cannot. These solutions help solve complex layouts, improve strength and appearance, and increase the number of jobs you can confidently accept.
All-Safe partners use a dedicated ordering and planning system designed specifically for installers. Configurable products, accurate specifications, and streamlined workflows reduce errors and save time from quote to installation.
Whether you’re entering the pool safety industry for the first time or reassessing an existing dealer relationship, All-Safe is designed to support long-term success without locking you in.
If you’re exploring a dealer partnership or considering a change from your current supplier, the next step is simply a conversation. Tell us a little about your business and we’ll follow up with the right information. No obligation, no contracts, no pressure.

Due to the many variations in monitors, phones, and browsers, color samples and product examples may appear different on different screens. Computers and mobile devices are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. The same is true for printed items such as brochures and other sales literature.
In addition, the colors of our products photograph differently under different lighting conditions. For example, photos taken in full sunlight will vary from photos taken on a cloudy or overcast day. Similarly, shadows from nearby objects can affect the color and transparency of our products. If a precise color or specific shade is important, please inspect the actual color of your product prior to installation.
Many of our products’ materials are not available through typical stores and vendors and therefore must be custom manufactured specifically for our use. In order to control costs and provide you with the best value possible, our raw materials are produced in large batches and can often take several months to receive. The colors of our materials can, and often do, vary slightly from batch to batch. Although we make every effort to minimize color variations, we cannot be responsible for these differences when they occur. If a precise color or specific shade is important, please inspect the actual color of your product prior to installation.
For example, we use the name “putty” to describe some of our products. Your idea of the color “putty” may be different than someone else’s idea of “putty”. In addition, products may have the same color name but may not be the exact same color. For example, we have different shades of “black”. Please do not order using color names as your only guide. If a precise color or specific shade is important, please inspect the actual color of your product prior to installation.
If it is important that your product be an exact color or shade, it is highly recommended that you inspect the actual product prior to its installation and address any concerns with your local independent installer. Most independent installers do not offer refunds or accept returns due to color variations.
