Steve and Alex were the installers that did my job and they were fantastic. Even though it was pouring rain outside they continued to work and did a great job on the installation, the first time with no errors, no mess, and no hassle. I was absolutely expecting the job to be put on hold due to rain but they still did the job perfectly. I highly recommend this fence and company, it looks good, is exactly what was advertised by Troy who did an excellent job explaining it to me and I will sleep better knowing that it's installed correctly. "We had our pool fence installed not even a week ago and the whole process from beginning to end was very friendly, professional, and the fence itself looks beautiful. We called in to see when someone could give us an estimate and right away the customer service representative was able to schedule us. They confirmed our appointment like they said they would and Troy was right on time. There was no pressure to buy, he just showed us what would look best and work best for our backyard. He showed us samples of the product, did a great job of explaining all the materials, and showed us pictures of how the end product would look! After looking over everything he gave us a very fair quote, and we decided to go with it.We scheduled a date and the installer also arrived right on time. He was very courteous and answered any questions I had. He was finished in a timely manner, and everything looked amazing!!! He showed my husband and I how everything worked for disassembly and reassembly, then packed up and was on his way. "I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish with this company. Mike Muscrella came out to see the pool and give an estimate. He was very good at explaining the details of the work scope and their products. On the day of installation it was raining heavily but the installers were still out there doing their job. There was a small hiccup in that they drilled right through the sprinkler pipe but we thought at that point in time the pipe was not a live one and left it at that. A month later I noticed that there was a large leak and called the customer service immediately. They acted on the issue and fixed the leaky pipe the very next day. I was very impressed with the way they handled the situation. I would highly recommend them both for their service as well as for the product that they sell."
